Social drop-in / pick up games are a great way to brush up on your skills as an experienced player or learn the game as someone new in a relaxed, fun environment.
Each new game has the potential to not just get new people into the sport but to form new clubs and teams.
Drop-in games remove the biggest barriers to playing Touch. No team required. Just turn up, jump on, and start playing.
No team required, just turn up, jump on the field and make new friends in and out of the sub box. Games run as 6 vs. 6, with players subbing on and off either team, to keep things fun, fast and friendly! Disclaimer: these games can still get pretty competitive at times.
Simple, social, and open to all.
Starting a session isn’t just about playing – it’s about building a local Touch community. Whether you’re introducing new players to the sport or giving experienced players a chance to keep active, every game you start strengthens the community.

Numbers might vary at first, during holidays, adjust the game format to keep things flowing (e.g., 4v4 instead of 6v6).
List your session on United By Touch, share it on social media, and invite friends and work mates to come and bring their friends too. If you're lucky, they may invite you.
Regular sessions (weekly or fortnightly) make it easier for players to return and for new ones to join.
Take turns bringing a ball/ setting up the cones to spread the weight of organising and make the game self sustaining.
