Fast, fun, and easy to pick up! Touch (Touch Football/ Touch Rugby) is a dynamic 6v6 game where you have six chances to score before the ball turns over. No heavy contact – just quick passes, smart footwork, and nonstop action.
It’s also one of the most inclusive team sports around, with mixed gender teams and age categories all the way up to 55+ at international level. Aim high.
United by Touch helps new players find their way into the sport while supporting clubs and organisers by making it easier to set up and grow drop-in sessions, and promote their clubs.
